Patrick Rasquinet
President & Group CEO

Since September 2010 Patrick Rasquinet has been President and CEO of the La Prairie Group. He is a graduate of the e.p.H.E.C., Belgium, where he studied Marketing & Business Administration.

Patrick Rasquinet started his career at Beiersdorf Belgium in 1993, worked as Sales Director at Beiersdorf Brazil and held the position as General Manager at Nivea Seoul, South Korea. In 2005, he was appointed General Manager Beiersdorf Russia.
 

Dr. Nikolas Brink
Vice President Supply Chain

Since September 2010 Dr. Nikolas Brink is Vice President Supply Chain worldwide of the La Prairie Group and member of the Board of Directors.

After his studies he did his PhD-Studies with Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg.

Nikolas Brink started his career with the international concern 3 M in the area of pre-sales. Afterwards he was consultant (process optimization and strategies) for FMCG customers. For several years he has been working in various positions with global responsibility with Beiersdorf AG.

Brigitte Bruggmann
Vice President Global Human Resources

Since 1999 Brigitte Bruggmann has been responsible for the Human Resources Department of the La Prairie Group, and since January 2011 she has been part of the Board of Directors of the group.

She is a graduate of the Business School KV and holds a Swiss federal diploma in Business Administration. After some years of commercial practice she completed an economically specialized, postgraduate professional education to obtain a Swiss federal diploma in Human Resources. Until 1999 she worked in the Human Resources Department of a renowned, internationally operating IT company.

Yves Le Breton
Vice President Corporate & Sales Strategy

Yves Le Breton joined the La Prairie Group in September 2011 and is member of the Board of Directors. In his position as Vice President Corporate & Sales Strategy he is responsible for the global expansion of the La Prairie brand in non-traditional distribution channels (e.g. travel retail, spas, digital commerce), and for identifying new strategic partnerships and alliances for the Group at large.

Yves Le Breton has a Masters degree from Université Paris Dauphine where he studied Economics and Finance.

He spent most of his career at the Estée Lauder Companies in various positions in Asia, Europe and the USA, working for brands like MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Stila and Origins, gaining experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management. Prior to joining La Prairie Group, Yves served as Executive Vice President of Sisley USA.

 
[ Karsten Boyens ]
Dr. Karsten Boyens
Vice President Finance & Group CFO

Karsten Boyens joined the La Prairie Group in January 2012 as Group CFO and member of the Board of Directors.

Karsten Boyens studied business administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management - in Koblenz/Germany. After having obtained his PhD at University of Kiel he started his career with McKinsey & Company in Germany.

In 2002, Karsten joined Beiersdorf in Hamburg where he held management positions in corporate functions (head of Controlling & Accounting Affiliates, head of Regional Controlling) and worked on international projects. From 2008 to 2011, Karsten worked as Finance Director for Beiersdorf Benelux/France Group in Paris.

 


Lynne Florio
President of La Prairie International

Lynne Florio, having been the President of the La Prairie brand since 1992, today is President Global Marketing and member of the Board of Directors.

Upon graduating from college she was employed as a Commercial Lending Officer at Chase Manhattan Bank.

From 1978 to 1989 she held various positions in Marketing, Finance and Operations at Perfumes Stern, a designer fragrance company. She joined La Prairie in 1989 as General Manager.
 
[ Pascal Hyafil ]
Pascal Hyafil
Vice President Europe & MEA

Pascal Hyafil joined the La Prairie Group in November 2011 as Regional Vice President responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and is member of the Board of Directors.

Holding a Master in Food Processing & Economics from IGIA ESSEC in France, he started his career with the Mars Group (Doveurope) before he joined Chanel.

He has been 17 year with Chanel working as Export Manager for Eastern Central Europe, managing the duty free business in Germany and Scandinavia, then being promoted to Panama in the Pacific Region where he developed Chanel’s presence with the major distributors before being sent to Poland to set up the Fragrances and Beauty business.

Before he joint La Prairie Group, he was located in Moscow, spending almost 10 years in charge of Russia, Ukraine, Caucasia and Central Asia, and has developed Chanel’s operations from scratch.

 
[ François Le Gloan ]
François Le Gloan
Vice President Americas & Oceania

François Le Gloan joined the La Prairie Group in November 2011 as Regional Vice President responsible for Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, South America) and Oceania. He is a member of the Board of Directors.

He studied Political Sciences & Macro Economics at IEP Paris and is an MBA graduate of the Business School HEC Paris.

François has 20 years of experience in the luxury selective business with two main companies: Christian Dior (LVMH Group) and Sisley. At Christian Dior, François gained extensive experience in different areas having worked in Sales and Marketing functions in Paris, Korea and Hong Kong before being promoted to General Manager Korea in 2000. After 12 years with LVMH, he joined Sisley and moved to Europe as Managing Director Europe. After 3 years François decided to return to Christian Dior and took over the position as Managing Director Asia and Japan, located in Hong Kong, before joining La Prairie Group.

 


Charlotte Vollmuth
Vice President SBT Skin Biology Therapy

Charlotte Vollmuth developed the group’s latest brand SBT Skin Biology Therapy for which she is today holding responsibility.

She studied business administration at the University of Hamburg, finishing in 1980 with an MBA

In 1981 she joined Beiersdorf AG at its headquarters in Hamburg and was in charge of a variety of functions in the marketing area in Germany and abroad. This led to her promotion to Marketing Director in International Business for Beiersdorf.
