Dirk Trappmann
President & Group CEO
Dirk Trappmann is a graduate of the University of Wuerzburg, Germany, where he
studied Business Administration. Since April 2005 he has been President and CEO
of The La Prairie Group.
Dirk Trappmann began his career in the Sales division of Procter & Gamble.
He moved to Beiersdorf Germany in 1992 and was later appointed Marketing
Director for International Business at Beiersdorf International. In 2000 he
became Managing Director of Beiersdorf Thailand and Indochina.

Detlef Hoener
CFO
Detlef Hoener studied business administration at the Georg-August-University of
Goettingen, Germany. In December 2005, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer
at The La Prairie Group.
During his study he underwent a number of different tutorials in Germany and
the U.S. with banks and commercial institutes. In 1995 he entered the
Beiersdorf Group as Special Advisor on corporate financing and group
accounting. In 1998 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer by Triumph
International Bangkok.

Lynne Florio
President of La Prairie International
Lynne Florio has been the President of the La Prairie brand since 1992. She
joined La Prairie International in 1989 as General Manager.
From 1978 to 1989 she held various positions in Marketing, Finance and
Operations at Parfums Stern, a designer fragrance company.
Upon graduating from college she was employed as a Commercial Lending Officer
at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Nadia Miller
Vice President of Brand Development La Prairie International
Since 1997 Nadia Miller has been Vice President of Brand Development La Prairie
International. She joined La Prairie New York in 1991 as Senior Vice President
Sales for the Western Hemisphere. In 1994 she was transferred to Europe as
Director of Business Development for La Prairie and Donna Karan.
Nadia Miller attended "Hypokhagnes", a Grandes Ecoles preparatory school in
Paris, and studied at the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle. She received her BS
degree at University of Tours before moving to the United States where she
received her equivalency at the College of Charleston, South Carolina. She was
an honor student.
Nadia Miller began her career in cosmetics in 1977 at Sanofi Beauté in
New York. In 1978, she joined Parfums Hermès. In 1986, she entered
Parfums Cartier as Director of Sales and Marketing. She joined Alfin Inc. later
on, where she was appointed Senior Vice President of the company.

Charlotte Vollmuth
Vice President Juvena of Switzerland, MARLIES MÖLLER Beauty Hair
Care, SBT Skin Biology Therapy
Charlotte Vollmuth studied business administration at the University of Hamburg,
finishing in 1980 with an MBA. Since 1995 she has been responsible for Juvena
of Switzerland as Vice President and for the MARLIES MÖLLER Beauty Hair
Care brand since its acquisition by the group in 2001. She developed the
group's latest brand SBT Skin Biology Therapy for which she is holding its
responsibility.
In 1981 she joined Beiersdorf AG at its headquarters in Hamburg and was in
charge of a variety of functions in the marketing area in Germany and abroad.
This led to her promotion to Marketing Director in International Business for
Beiersdorf.

Dr. Sven Gohla
Vice President Research & Development
Dr. Sven Gohla studied pharmacy and immunology in Hamburg and Munster. Since
December 2000 he has been responsible for the areas of Research &
Development, Safety and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management for the
Group. He is also a lecturer in cosmetics at the Free University of Berlin.
Dr. Sven Gohla did his doctoral work in Washington D.C. In the course of his
research work he received many international awards. Until the end of 2000 Dr.
Sven Gohla was responsible for a variety of development activities in the
cosmetics, medical products and sensory testing areas with Beiersdorf.

Eggert Langfeldt
Director Operations
Eggert Langfeldt holds an academic degree in engineering. He has taken over the
corporate responsibility for Production and Logistics as of July 1, 2006.
Eggert Langfeldt has been with Beiersdorf since 1988. He held various positions
in production and supply chain development in Hamburg.

Maike Kiessling
Managing Director
Maike Kiessling is responsible for the worldwide Travel Retail and Distributor
Markets business for all brands of the La Prairie Group since 2006.
From 1992 on she held various international positions in the La Prairie Group,
like being responsible for the development and the launch of our newest brand
SBT Skin Biology Therapy.
Maike Kiessling started her career with Christian Dior Parfums in 1984 in
Germany and moved to the Estee Lauder Group in 1987 where she started to work
internationally. |

Paul Fox
Vice President Asia Pacific
Paul Fox received a post graduate Diploma in Business Administration from The Open University in England.
He joined La Prairie Group from Wella, the German hair cosmetics company where he held the positions of GM Australia and Sales Director in the UK. Prior to that, he held various sales and marketing positions with Procter & Gamble UK.
Paul Fox was appointed Vice President for the Asia Pacific region in March 2010 after five years as the General Manager for the Australian, New Zealand & South East Asian distributor businesses.
